How to request deletion
- Signed-in clients can request account closure from My account → Privacy & data, where you can also download a copy of your data first.
- Anyone else can email {email} from the address the data relates to.
What happens next
We confirm the request, check that there are no active services, domains or unpaid invoices, and then delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
What we must keep
Invoices, payment records and transaction logs are kept for as long as tax and financial laws require, even after an account is closed. They are stored securely and used only to meet those obligations.
